The Fine Print:

On the date of the event, setup will take place from 8:00AM - 10:00AM. Takedown and cleanup will take place from 3:00PM - 5:00PM. It's your responsibility to ensure that your assigned area is left clean and organized.
We ask that you remain for the full duration of the event. Those who choose to pack up and leave early may be denied involvement in future CompassCon events.
We strive to provide fun, family friendly events. As such Adult themed material is not permitted to be sold at our shows.
CanGeek Games and Collectibles assumes no responsibility for loss or damage incurred. We strongly encourage Exhibitors to invest in event insurance.

You have read the section entitled The Fine Print.
Prior to confirming your involvement in CompassCon, we request that you complete both this online application form and remit your table rental fee. Once these steps have been completed, CanGeek Games and Collectibles will contact you via e-mail to confirm your CompassCon Exhibitor registration.
As it relates to COVID19: We will require that Exhibitors and attendees adhere to any Government requirements that may be in place at that time. As such, while the use of masks/face shields are encouraged, they are optional.
Excluding a cancelation due to restrictions imposed by the Ontario Government as it relates to containing the spread of COVID-19, Exhibitor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should this event be cancelled due to such restrictions, Exhibitors will have the option of either transferring their fees to a future show or requesting a full refund.
